Every time I think I need I to turn in my bi card because I don't have a girlfriend, I run across things like this:

Yup.  Still queer.  Holy moly.  *fans self*  I'll be in my bunk.

Great song.

Omg, Liam and I were at that concert. Hot doesn't even come close to describing it. Seal and Jon Secada were also there. It was one hell of a show, despite it being being 5 hours long because they had trouble breaking down the sets after each performance. We got grief for being a straight couple. Great night!

Oh, how cool!

I think that like, way too often (thanks, society!), but then I caught myself checking out another woman today at a party I was at, so it was like "well, I'm probably doing okay."

That song is forever one of my favorites. So good 😍

I really enjoyed this little snippet of discussion on creativity https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65uJ_dVW1eo

But I own it. ;P

You never, ever have to turn in your bi card... who you are inside is not determined by who you are in a relationship with. (But uh... it's always good to check periodically with these things, and you have picked excellent touchstones! :) )

*lol* Heterosexuals don't hand in their card when they are single either, do they?

The song is cool :)

Internalized biphobia sucks. Merph.

Um... you mean *you* have internalized biphobia? While being bi? (Hope not)

I think I do on some level. I fight it, but there are times I just don't fear queer enough, if that makes sense.

You mean like that inner voice that comes from socialization and tells us we need to be "normal"? Ach, normal is boring :-)

But I know what you mean. I have it too. It usually comes with the voice of my mother telling me to follow her values that she never lived *lol*

Haha yeah, despite being with a guy (and sometimes thinking I need to turn in my "I like women too" card) I find myself staring at women nearly as often. So I think we're safe anyway.

Great song by the way.

I am normally incredibly secure in my identity as bisexual, but one of my anxieties about my 20-year partner transitioning to female has been the "OMG what if I'm straight???!!!!?!?!?!?" anxiety. (Which my partner told our closest gay friends about. Oh, how they laughed ;-) )

The best part is hearing the mostly women audience going nuts about this. :)

Not written in stone you MUST be paired up. I haven't had a boyfriend in 20+ plus, doesn't mean I'm any less straight.

Years ago, when I was a student at the University of Houston, ME did a concert there. Got to see her perform that song live as part of her set. She's great as a solo act, but I love the harmonizing she does here with k. d. lang. Really great stuff!
