I have stomach problems, so I have peppermint hard candy strategically stashed all over the place. Peppermint is a natural antiemetic.

Wow, yes, the "dun-dun" from Law and Order, and the orchestra warming upo before a concert, definitively give me a happy, too!

For some reason, i like Lammas a great deal. Sometimes i think it's because it doesn't get the visibility of the other cross quarter days, but i also value the chance to pause and give thanks for summer light as it wanes. This year, with a garden, literal harvest will be a delight.

I'm being very homebody, still, but sometime i'll get over to Chapel Hill and hope to buy you a cuppa tea or something.
